We, V3 Property Management, are truly in the business of improving people's lives through the housing industry. When a house, which is just a structure, becomes a home- this is where life at its core begins. Housing is a critical human need, and we all want a place to call home. We want to provide people an avenue to find this and be a company who takes great pride in the care of properties to ensure all parties thrive. On the housing provider side, we strive to be a company who comes alongside the homeowner to assist them in providing housing for others, in taking care of their asset(s) as it is part of their dream for their future. Both the tenant and housing provider each have goals and aspirations, and our job is to act as a liaison to assist both parties in their honorable pursuits.

Our two-tiered plan is to first and foremost financially partner with local organizations who are helping people get back on their feet. Secondly, by being present in our community, we will be offering financial education, and innovative service options; all with the hope of creating a more stable community of friends and neighbors. Bruce Vande Steeg is a partner and the president of V3 Property Management. He has been in real estate for 20+ years. Bruce's entrepreneurial journey reflects a passion for business and people and has built a strong reputation for innovation and reliability.
He attended UC Davis for veterinary medicine and became a dairy expert and practice owner. Years later he fulfilled a life-long dream of owning and managing a dairy farm outside of Greeley, Colorado. Realizing he was more suited to the entrepreneur role, Bruce stepped into flipping homes and owning/managing two car washes. Now, in addition to leading V3, he manages a diverse portfolio of ventures, including a home renovation and sales business, a long-term rental investment portfolio, and a business advisory consulting practice.
Bruce and his wife, Marie, have been married for 35 years and have raised 4 children to become functioning adults. In his spare time, he can be found with his grandkids and family, spending time with friends and getting lost in his shop with his power tools. Together with his wife, who shares his vision and dedication, Bruce is committed to fostering lasting relationships and ensuring value for home providers and tenants.

As a devoted mom of four and also a proud grandmother of four, Marie brings a lifetime of experience balancing family, business, and creative ventures to her role at V3 Property Management. With a foundation as a former teacher, she transitioned from education to entrepreneurship, supporting her husband as a partner, bookkeeper, and secretary across his various business endeavors.
Her journey has led her through various industries where she honed her organizational, accounting and management skills. In the last 15 years, she channeled her passion for creating a "home" through her family’s private real estate ventures, serving as the designer, project manager and bookkeeper for numerous fix-and-flip projects and rental properties.
Marie combines her eye for detail, and dedication to helping others to deliver exceptional service to V3's clients. Whether you're investing for the first time or a seasoned pro, her hands-on experience and family-first approach make her a trusted and reliable guide.

Kacey is a partner and the Director of all Operations for V3. She’s spent the last 10+ years leading teams, managing client experiences and sales efforts across multiple industries. Her passion for people and finding creative solutions drives her towards delivering the best results for the clients she humbly serves.
She earned her bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology right here in Greeley from the University of Northern Colorado. In preparation for college, Kacey assisted her dad in flipping their families first investment home. The itch had been scratched and, in some capacity, real estate has been a part of her life ever since (flipping, project management and design of long-term rental renovation projects, off-market sales, etc.).
Post college, Kacey went on to use her degree as a Strength & Conditioning coach in the private and professional sports field for a brief time. Since then, she has had the opportunity to lead teams and projects with the mission of enhancing not only the client experience but also creating healthy and successful teams. Her experience crosses multiple industries such as medical device and pharmaceuticals, healthcare, real estate, athletics, and software technology. This vast experience allows her to see multiple angles, find holes and ultimately find the best suited solution.
Kacey currently lives in Greeley and enjoys a good cup of coffee, mentoring young women, killing herself in the gym and spending time with her family – especially her niece and nephews.
